Shopping - While shopping in the store section of this website, simply click the "add-to-cart" button located near the item you plan to purchase. You can continue to shop or check out.

Completing your order - When you choose to complete your order, you will be taken to a "secure" web page. Your personal and credit information can only be decoded by D.M.P.E. Inc.

 

Once we receive your credit card order, we will notify you or contact you if you requested to make further arrangements if necessary.

 

Freight and Shipping

All shipping is F.O.B. Stevensville, Michigan. We will ship by the most reasonable means in accordance with the size and weight of your order.

Returned Goods

All merchandise ordered in error WILL BE subject to a 20% handling and restocking charge. NO REFUNDS will be made; credits or exchanges will be issued. SPECIAL ORDERS or CUSTOM ORDERS are NOT returnable or refundable. All items must be in perfect condition and will be inspected at the time of receipt. The original invoice number and date of purchase must be furnished. All items must be returned freight pre-paid and insured..


Warranty

All Darren Mayer Performance Engineering, Inc. merchandise is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect all merchandise before use. Any return must be made before the product has been used. Credit, repair or replacement of goods is predicated upon factory inspection of the merchandise in question. There is absolutely no warranty on the following:

A)Any parts used in racing applications.

B)Any product that has been physically altered improperly installed or maintained.

C)Any product used in improper applications, abused or not used in conjunction with the proper parts.
